Information We Collect

When you register to the Site, Houdi collects personal data including a valid email address, social networks account and location. To fully enable the Services you receive on the Site, we will also ask you to provide additional information such as your name, address, phone number or other contact details, government issued IDs (such as passport or driver’s licence and estate agent licence), payment method, credit card, PayPal or other financial account details, details about your professional experience, skills and qualifications.  

 

Houdi also collects information about your usage of the Site to enhance user experience and monitor inappropriate content or behaviour, such as your navigation data, communications (e.g. user rating and messages shared with other users) and the transactions with our third-party service providers.

 

Once you register, your user profile and activities are made public and visible to all Users of the Site. This information includes photos you upload, task information, ratings, location, qualifications, and the number and percentage of tasks completed and any additional information you may choose to add to your profile. Hence, we strongly encourage you to use discretion and carefully consider your content to upload on the Site.

 

Houdi does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the disclosure or use of personal data which is voluntarily posted by you in a publicly accessible area of the Services.
